01Why did I receive an email from you?

Because a name we hold describes what your company does, and your company was among the few that fit it best. We write once or twice at most. Reply "stop" and you will not hear from us again.

02Is the price negotiable?

We give one figure. If it does not suit your budget, tell us the number that would, and we will say plainly whether we can meet it. We do not run the same name past several companies at once to push the price up.

03How do I know the payment is safe?

You never pay us directly. The funds go to a licensed escrow agent, which releases them only after you confirm the name is in your control. If the transfer fails, the agent refunds you under its terms.

04How long does the whole thing take?

A first reply comes within one Pacific business day. After a figure is agreed, most transfers complete inside two weeks, and a push between accounts at the same registrar can finish the same day.

05Do I have to move my website?

No. A common first step is a 301 redirect from the new .com to the site you run today. Your current address keeps working, and switching the primary address can wait as long as you like.

06What about trademarks?

We do not offer names that are another party's registered mark. Descriptive words are rarely registrable on their own, but if your counsel wants to run a clearance search first, the figure holds while they do.

07Will you say who bought the name?

No. We do not name buyers, publish sale figures or mention a purchase anywhere. What you do with the name once it is yours is your announcement to make.

08What is left to do after the transfer?

Nothing with us. The name renews through your own registrar at its ordinary rate. We check once that it resolves where you intended, then close the file.
