Short, because the site does one thing.

The site

This website describes the work of Hanover Advisory and lets you send an enquiry. Nothing on it is an offer to sell a particular domain name, and it lists no names or prices.

Figures and agreements

A price quoted by email stands for the period that email names, or for fourteen days where it names none. Nothing binds either side until both have accepted the escrow terms for that sale, and before that point anyone may step back at no cost.

Transfers

Each sale closes through a licensed escrow agent. Ownership passes when the name reaches the buyer's registrar account and the buyer confirms it; the agent's own terms govern funding, refunds and disputes.

Please send only accurate details and nothing confidential you would not put in an ordinary business email. Automated or abusive submissions are discarded.

Content

The wording, the H mark and the design of these pages are Hanover Advisory's. Brief quotations are fine where they credit the source.

Liability

These pages come with no warranty. So far as the law permits, Hanover Advisory accepts no liability for loss caused by using them, by their being offline, or by relying on the general information they give.

Law

Washington State law applies to these terms; disputes belong before the courts of King County.
